Insulation for ceramic tiles
strengthened with fibers - bridge bridges
for pools, terraces, balconies, bathrooms
for insulation of foundations and basements from the inside
Atlas Wader Duo is intended for making flexible moisture and waterproof insulation wet rooms, terraces, balconies, underground parts of buildings and structures (foundations, basement walls, etc.), plinth zones, various types of tanks. Creates moisture and waterproofing waterproofing - light, medium or heavy insulation (depending on the thickness of the applied layer). Resistant to negative water pressure.
It enables flexible protection of the corners and expansion joints - along with the atlas or corners sealing the Atlas or corners and corners of the Atlas Hydroband 3G corners, protects the edges of walls and floor sleepers as well as expansion gaps.
Seals the surfaces around the walls and floors, around the passages of the water and sewage installation pipes - along with the flooding rings or wall rings.
Main properties
Atlas Wader Duo is a two -component composition, obtained by mixing in a 3: 1 weight ratio of component A (dry mixture of gray color, containing cement, fillers and modifying additives) and component B (white emulsion, containing synthetic resins and modifying additives)
Water resistance - a minimum of 0.7 MPa (this corresponds to the pressure of 70 m of water column) with a 2.5 mm thick layer. This guarantees complete protection of the substrate against the impact of water under pressure
Resistance has negative water pressure (when the pressure works from the opposite side to the applied coating) - a minimum of 0.5 MPa
High adhesion to the ground - for concrete substrate min. 1.03 MPa (normally required is 0.5 MPa) - for a full ceramic brick ground
Fast binding - the possibility of applying another layer after 3 hours, and making ceramic cladding after 12 hours
High vapor permeability - water vapor diffusion coefficient µ ≤ 1700, which allows you to use on a moist surface
Chemical resistance - the tied mortar is resistant to municipal sewage, manure as well as aggressive groundwater - class XA2 environment
High flexibility - thanks to the high content of polymers, a specially selected embankment pile of small fillers and additional structural reinforcement using microfibers, the mortar bridges scratches with a width of 1 mm.
High mechanical resistance - thanks to the use of reinforcing fibers and dedicated polymer resins, the mortar has increased resistance to mechanical damage and impact impacts. The coating is resistant to temporary, direct loading with light pedestrian traffic
frost resistance - frost does not reduce the waterproofing of the coating
Protection of reinforced concrete surface (reinforced concrete) - a 2 mm thick coating is effective protection of the concrete surface against carbonatization and the associated corrosion of reinforcing steel. The value of the SD factor determined for carbon dioxide is not less than 70 m
Recommended for old, wet buildings - vapor permeability in combination with waterproofing makes the mortar perfect for the insulation of building partitions of historic buildings
Resistant to radiated UV and aging
PZH hygiene certificate for contact with drinking water - allows, in a safe way to health, seal a water tank for human consumption
Low LZO emissions - a safe material for the user, does not emit substances harmful to health.
Main parameters
Maximum thickness of one layer: 2 mm
Real adhesion to the concrete substrate: ≥ 1.03 MPa
Readiness time to work after mixing the ingredients: approx. 1 hour
gluing cladding: after about 12 hours
WEAR
The total thickness of the coating should be selected for the conditions of water impact on the sealed surface.
